Je mets 5 étoiles car l'expérience client a été au top, livraison très rapide, réponse au mail, colis préparé avec beaucoup de soin, un plaisir à déballer ! Par contre je suis déçue de mon carnet que je n'aime pas du tout, sur le site je voyais la bordure dans les tons vieux rose, or elle est orange fluo, je pensais également que le carnet s'ouvrait à plat mais pas du tout donc il est très difficile d'ecrire de façon intégrale sur les pages, et je trouve la couverture rugueuse, pour le prix c'est une énorme déception pour moi, mais la boutique n'y est pour rien.
