🌍 Where do we ship?
We currently ship to the following countries:
Mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Austria, Italy, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.
📦 General delivery information
Our warehouse is located in Poland. We offer fast shipping with tracking.
Available carriers, rates, and delivery times vary depending on the destination country.
🛠️ Order preparation
Please allow up to 3 business days to prepare your order.
We do our best to ship it within 24 hours.
⏱️ Delivery times
Estimated times (in business days – Monday to Friday) are shown when selecting the shipping method.
Note: Delivery times are approximate, based on carrier info, and may vary. We are not responsible for carrier-related delays.
Example:
If you order on Tuesday morning, shipping will likely occur on Wednesday morning.
With FedEx (2 business days), your package should arrive Friday (counted from shipping day).
🔍 Order tracking
Each shipment includes a tracking number so you can track your package.
We do not actively monitor orders.
In case of an issue, please contact the carrier directly.

💸 Shipping fees
Free shipping from €100 – discount applied automatically.
Calculated automatically based on the order weight.
🚚 Main carriers
We mainly ship with FedEx and Inpost/Mondial Relay (depending on country).
FedEx may partner with local couriers (La Poste, Colis Privé) for final delivery.
📦 Grouped orders – New option
If you plan to place several orders over a few weeks, you can now combine them into one shipment!
Works only with FedEx:

For orders to be shipped later, choose: “Ship my order later”

For the final shipment, choose: “Ship my grouped orders”

Total weight up to 5 kg

If the weight exceeds, a surcharge will apply

One shipping fee will be charged unless the total exceeds €100 → free shipping
❌ Undelivered parcels (customer error)
If an order can't be delivered due to:

Incorrect address, or
-
Not collected from a pickup point
We can reship your order, provided that:

The parcel is returned to us

You cover the reshipping cost
⚠️ If the parcel is lost during return transit, no refund will be issued.
🇫🇷 Shipping to France
All prices on our website include VAT.
Since Poland is an EU member, no import tax or extra fees will be applied upon arrival.
Available delivery methods:

Home delivery with FedEx (by FedEx or a local partner, depending on your postal code)

Pickup point (and lockers) with Mondial Relay (=Inpost)
