Refund policy
ARTICLE 12 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL in our Terms and Conditions of Sale:
The Customer has a period of fourteen days from the receipt of the delivery of the Product(s) to inform Millenotes by email (store@millenotes.com) of their intention to withdraw from their purchase.
Items that cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Sale items
To process a return, you must return all products to the Millenotes address provided in Article 17 of these Terms and Conditions within 14 days of exercising your right of withdrawal.
Exercising the right of withdrawal will not result in any penalty for the Customer, except for return shipping costs.
However, products that have been unwrapped, scratched, incomplete, damaged, altered, soiled, or modified by the Customer will not be accepted for return or exchange.
If the above conditions are met, Millenotes commits to refunding the Customer the full amount of their order, excluding return shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the items.
