Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

The General Terms and Conditions of Sale (known as “GTC”) described below detail the rights and obligations of millenotes and its Customers in the context of distance selling (under the names shop, online store, etc.) on the millenotes.com website of the Products appearing in our catalog (stationery items).
Any service provided by millenotes implies the Client's unreserved acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.

The characteristics of the Products (specifications, illustrations, dimensions) are indicated on the pages dedicated to the Products on the website www.millenotes.com. The Customer is required to read them before ordering. The Customer is responsible for his choice and purchase.
Only Products listed on the Site www.millenotes.com on the day of the order, and identified as available, may be sold to the Customer. The offer of Products and prices are valid as long as the Product is indicated on the site as being available.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right to stop offering a product at any time.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
ARTICLE 5 – ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

ARTICLE 6 – PRICE
The prices of the Products are indicated in Euros including all taxes. The VAT (Value Added Tax) is that in force on French territory on the day of the order. Any change in the applicable rate may be reflected in the prices of the Products.
The prices applied are those appearing on the Site at the time of the order. After this date, they are subject to change at any time.
Millenotes cannot, however, be bound by the display of an erroneous and manifestly derisory price, whatever the cause (manual error, technical error or other).
In this case, millenotes undertakes to inform the Customer as soon as possible and the order will be cancelled.
ARTICLE 7 - ORDER
The Customer orders the different Product(s) available of his choice offered on the site www.millenotes.com by clicking on “Add to cart”.
At any time, the Customer may:
– Check the Products added to the basket: their quantity, and their amount on each of them,
– Modify or cancel the order,
– Continue your selection of Products,
– Validate your order by clicking on the “Validate my basket” icon.
By validating his order, the Customer confirms having read the General Conditions of Sale and Use presented on this site.
The Customer can also subscribe to our Newsletter at the time of ordering. An email will be sent to you so that you can confirm your subscription. Validation of subscription to our Newsletter confirms that you have read and accept the General Conditions of Sale and Use and the Privacy Policy.
The sale will only be considered valid after full payment of the price. It is the Customer's responsibility to check the accuracy of the order and to immediately report any errors.
Any order placed on the site www.millenotes.com constitutes the formation of a distance contract between the Customer and the Seller.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.
Any cancellation of the order by the Customer will only be possible before the Products are shipped (regardless of the provisions relating to the application or not of the legal right of withdrawal).
Millenotes undertakes to process your order within 2 to 5 working days from the date of receipt.
All orders will be delivered in a closed, solid and discreet package, to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering the Products.
ARTICLE 8 – CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
In order to place an order, the Customer is invited to create an account (personal space). To do this, he must register by completing the form that will be offered to him at the time of his order and undertakes to provide sincere and accurate information concerning his civil status and contact details, in particular his email address. The Customer is responsible for updating the information provided. He is informed that he can modify them by logging into his account. To access his personal space and order history, the Customer must identify himself using his username and password which will be communicated to him after his registration and which are strictly personal. As such, the Customer is prohibited from disclosing them. Otherwise, he will remain solely responsible for the use that will be made of them. The Customer may also request to unsubscribe by going to the dedicated page on his personal space or by sending an email to: store@millenotes.com. This will be effective within a reasonable time.
In the event of non-compliance with the General Conditions of Sale and Use, the site www.millenotes.com will have the possibility of suspending or even closing a customer's account after formal notice sent electronically and remaining without effect.
Any deletion of an account, whatever the reason, results in the pure and simple deletion of all the Customer's personal information. Any event due to a case of force majeure resulting in a malfunction of the site or server and subject to any interruption or modification in the event of maintenance, does not engage the liability of the Seller. The creation of the account entails acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
Millenotes cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for any possible usurpation of identifiers and connections to customer accounts by third parties.
The provision of personal information collected in the context of distance selling is mandatory, this information being necessary for the processing and delivery of orders as well as for the establishment of invoices. This information is strictly confidential.
ARTICLE 9 - PAYMENT
The price owed by the Customer is the amount indicated in the basket which the Customer read before definitively confirming his order, including the price including tax of the Product(s) ordered as well as the cost of delivery.
The Customer must pay for their purchases online and when ordering by bank card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, Apple Pay), or via PAYPAL.
In this case, the Customer must transmit their bank card number on the Site, it being specified that the data relating to the bank card is only kept for the time required to process the order (secure communication protocol).
The card will be charged at the time of ordering.
The online provision of the bank card number and the final validation of the order will constitute proof of the entirety of the said order.
ARTICLE 10 – DELIVERY
Millenotes offers you different delivery providers, depending on your location. We deliver to Metropolitan France and to countries in the European Union.
We deliver to: Metropolitan France, Belgium, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Austria, Italy, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Suede.
Millenotes reserves 5 working days to ship your order. The delivery time indicated on the millenotes website comes from the carrier's website and is intended to give you an estimate of the delivery time.
Millenotes assumes no responsibility for delays caused by carriers.
Every order at millenotes is shipped with a tracking number , so customers can track their packages.
Millenotes does not actively track your orders. If you notice a delay in delivery, please contact the carrier first.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically and depend on the weight of your order. The different shipping options will be offered to you during the validation of your order.
In the event that the address mentioned when you placed your order was incorrect, or if you did not collect your package on time, the cost of reshipping your package will be your responsibility.
Millenotes cannot, however, be bound by the display of an erroneous and clearly derisory shipping price, whatever the cause (manual error, technical error or other). In this case, Millenotes undertakes to inform the Customer as soon as possible and the order will be cancelled.
FRANCE:
In France, you have the choice between four delivery methods:
- with La Poste Tracked Letter,

Colissimo with delivery directly to your home,
- Mondial Relay with delivery to a Relay Point (3 working days) - the choice of the collection point is made after payment. You can change your selection within 5 minutes of your order. You will see on the map all the Mondial Relay points (including lockers) currently available for delivery. Points currently closed (due to holidays for example) or unavailable due to a large number of packages, do not appear on the map.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Millenotes offers you different delivery providers, depending on your location.
For international delivery, we offer delivery by :
- La Poste (Colissimo service), directly to your home,
- Mondial Relay, at a relay point.
Delivery to a relay point with Mondial Relay is possible in:
- Belgium (3 working days),
- Luxembourg (3 working days),
- Netherlands (3 working days),
- Spain (5 working days),
- Portugal (5 working days),
- Italy (5 working days),
- Germany (5 working days),
- Poland (5 working days),
- Austria (6 working days).
The choice of the collection point is made after payment. You can change your selection for 5 minutes after your order. You will see on the map all the Mondial Relay points (including lockers) currently available for delivery. Points currently closed (due to holidays for example) or unavailable due to a large number of packages, do not appear on the map.
The Seller undertakes to make its best efforts to ship the products ordered by the Customer within 5 working days maximum. If your order is not shipped within 5 working days from the date of your order, for any reason other than force majeure or the actions of the Customer, the sale may be terminated at the written request of the Customer under the conditions set out in Articles L 216-2, L 216-3 and L241-4 of the Consumer Code. The sums paid by the Customer will then be returned to him no later than fourteen days following the date of termination of the contract, excluding any compensation or withholding.
Upon delivery, the Customer is required to check the conformity of the Products received with his order, the condition of the packaging and the goods.
In the event of an anomaly, the Customer undertakes to report it to millenotes by email within 5 days of receipt of the package.
Millenotes reserves the right to refuse to serve a subsequent order in the event of abnormal or abusive returns from the Customer.
ARTICLE 11 – RESPONSIBILITIES
In accordance with the law, millenotes is fully responsible for the proper execution of the service: it is therefore fully responsible if the goods are damaged, incomplete or in the event of non-delivery. For these proven cases, millenotes will proceed to refund the order, within 14 working days.
The delivery of a shipment is confirmed by an electronic record, which in accordance with the characteristics and general conditions of sale available on the La Poste/Mondial Relay website, constitutes proof of delivery: millenotes cannot be held liable for a package declared delivered by La Poste/Mondial Relay and not received by the customer, as well as if you have received/accepted a package that is visibly opened or modified. In this case, we recommend contacting La Poste/Mondial Relay directly to file a complaint.
ARTICLE 12 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Customer has a period of fourteen days from receipt of delivery of the Product(s) to inform millenotes by email ( store@millenotes.com ) that he intends to withdraw from his purchase.
Items that cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Sale products
To make a return, you must return all products to the millenotes address indicated in article 17 hereof within 14 days of exercising your right of withdrawal.
Exercising the right of withdrawal will not incur any penalty on the part of the Customer, with the exception of return costs.
However, products that are unpacked, scratched, incomplete, damaged, soiled or modified by the customer will not be taken back or exchanged.
If the above conditions are met, millenotes undertakes to reimburse the Customer for the total amount of his order, excluding return costs, within 14 days of receipt of the Items.
ARTICLE 13 – PERSONAL DATA
Millenotes reserves the right to collect the personal information and data of the Customer necessary for the management of the order.
The data collected are as follows:
- First and last name
- Mailing address
- Phone number
- Email address
- Financial data relating to the Customer's credit card
This data is reserved for the sole use of millenotes, which is responsible for its processing.
This information and data is kept for 5 years for security purposes, in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
In accordance with the law of January 6, 1978, the Customer has the right to access, rectify and oppose personal information and data concerning him. He can modify or delete his information in the “My Account” tab then “Account Details” on www .millenotes.com or by sending a request by email to store@millenotes.com .
ARTICLE 1 4 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. ARTICLE 1 5 – EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.
You agree that from time to time we may remove the Service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the Service at any time, without notice to you.
