Millenotes reserves a maximum of 5 working days to ship your order. The delivery time indicated on the millenotes website comes from the carrier's website and is intended to give you an estimate of the delivery time.

Millenotes assumes no responsibility for delays caused by carriers.

Every order at millenotes is shipped with a tracking number, so customers can track their packages.

Millenotes does not actively track your orders. If you notice a delivery delay, please contact the carrier first.

  • Mondial Relay, either at a relay point or directly to your home.

Delivery to a relay point with Mondial Relay is possible in:

  • Belgium (3 working days),
  • Luxembourg (3 working days),
  • Netherlands (5 working days),
  • Spain (5 working days),
  • Portugal (5 working days).

Each time you choose delivery with Mondial Relay to a relay point, you will receive an email after placing your order inviting you to choose a Mondial Relay point where you will collect your package.

Home delivery with Mondial Relay is possible in:

  • Belgium (3 working days),
  • Luxembourg (3 working days),
  • Netherlands (3 working days),
  • Spain (5 working days),
  • Portugal (5 working days),
  • Germany (3 working days),
  • Austria (6 working days),
  • Italy (6 working days).

In the event that the address mentioned during your order was incorrect, or if you had not collected your package on time, the costs of reshipping your package will be your responsibility.
Millenotes cannot, however, be bound by the display of an incorrect and clearly derisory shipping price, whatever the cause (manual error, technical error or other). In this case, Millenotes undertakes to inform the Customer as soon as possible and the order will be canceled.

The Seller undertakes to make its best efforts to ship the products ordered by the Customer within 5 working days maximum. If your order is not shipped within 5 working days from the date of your order, for any reason other than force majeure or the Customer's actions, the sale may be canceled at the Customer's written request under the conditions provided. in articles L 216-2, L 216-3 and L241-4 of the Consumer Code. The sums paid by the Customer will then be returned to him at the latest within fourteen days following the date of termination of the contract, excluding any compensation or withholding.

In accordance with the law, millenotes is automatically responsible for the proper execution of the service: it is therefore legally responsible if the goods are damaged, incomplete or in the event of non-delivery. For these proven cases, millenotes will reimburse the order within 14 working days.
The delivery of a shipment is confirmed by an electronic recording, which in accordance with the characteristics and general conditions of sale available on the La Poste/Mondial Relay website, constitutes proof of delivery: millenotes cannot be held responsible for a package declared delivered by La Poste/Mondial Relay and not received by the customer.
