If you do not have a customer account on our website, please register. Without a customer account you will not be able to accumulate points. If you are already registered, please log in to your account.

There are four different ways to earn points:
1) By registering for the program , you will receive 100 points,
2) earn 5 points for every €1 spent ,
3) if you indicate your birthday , you will earn 250 points on your birthday,
4) Follow us on Instagram to get 100 points.

You can exchange them for rewards:
1) 500 points to obtain a €5 reduction coupon on your next order,
2) 1000 points to obtain a €10 reduction coupon on your next order,
3) 1800 points to obtain a €20 reduction coupon on your next order.

Once you have collected enough points, you can exchange them for rewards. To do this, go to the main page of the loyalty program (https://millenotes.com/pages/loyalty-program) in the "Ways to redeem" section and select the reward you want to obtain. Once you have activated your reward, it will be visible in your customer account.

You have 6 months to claim a gift from the points you have collected. Then you will have one month to use your discount code.

In addition to the “standard” loyalty program, we want to appreciate the most loyal customers by offering them additional rewards.
There are three levels of VIP program. After registration, each customer is part of the “Fan” level. After earning 3000 points, you will reach the “Admirer” level and unlock a 15% discount on your next order, as well as access to exclusive offers and early notifications of upcoming sales and promotions. Once you have unlocked the “Addicted” level with 5000 points, you will benefit from the same benefits as “Admirer” plus free samples and a -20% discount code for your next order (instead of 15%).

VIP program points are counted for one calendar year. Every January 1st, your status will be reset.

To be eligible to receive 250 points for your birthday, you must register for the program at least 30 days before your birthday. On your birthday, the system will automatically add these points to your account. You will also receive an email notification.
