We deliver in:

Millenotes reserves 5 working days to ship your order. The delivery time indicated on the millenotes website comes from the carrier's website and is intended to give you an estimate of the delivery time. 

Millenotes takes no responsibility for delays caused by carriers.

Every order at millenotes is shipped with a tracking number, so customers can track their packages.

Millenotes does not actively track your orders. If you notice a delivery delay, please contact the carrier first.

The delivery cost depends on the weight of your package. Do not hesitate to do a simulation directly on our site (in your basket) to find out the price for your order.

 

FRANCE:

In France, you have the choice between four delivery methods:

  • with La Poste Tracked Letter,
  • Colissimo with delivery directly to your home,
  • Chronopost Shop2Shop* at Relay Point,
  • Mondial Relay with delivery to a Relay Point (3 working days).

*Shop2Shop: If a point you have indicated is unavailable, millenotes reserves the right to send the package to another nearest point.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Millenotes offers you different delivery providers, depending on your location.

For international delivery, we offer delivery by  :

  • La Poste, either by tracked letter or by parcel (Colissimo), directly to your home,
  • Mondial Relay, either at a pick up point or directly to your home.

Delivery to a relay point with Mondial Relay is possible in:

  • Belgium (3 working days),
  • Luxembourg (3 working days),
  • Netherlands (5 working days),
  • Spain (5 working days),
  • Portugal (5 working days).

Each time you choose delivery with Mondial Relay to a pick-up point, you will receive an email after placing your order inviting you to choose a Mondial Relay point where you will collect your package.

Home delivery with Mondial Relay is possible in:

  • Belgium (3 working days),
  • Luxembourg (3 working days),
  • Netherlands (3 working days),
  • Spain (5 working days),
  • Portugal (5 working days),
  • Germany (3 working days),
  • Austria (6 working days),
  • Italy (6 working days).
