We currently ship to the following countries:
Metropolitan France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Austria, Italy, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.
📦 General delivery information
Our warehouse is located in Poland . We offer fast shipping with tracking .
Available carriers, rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination country.
🛠️ Order preparation
Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be prepared.
We do our best to ship it within 24 hours .
⏱️ Delivery times
Estimated delivery times (in working days – Monday to Friday) are indicated when choosing the carrier.
Note: Delivery times are approximate , based on carrier information, and may vary. We are not responsible for carrier-related delays.
Example :
If you order Tuesday morning , shipping will likely take place Wednesday morning .
With FedEx (D+2) , your package should arrive on Friday , with the days being counted from the day of shipment.
🔍 Order tracking
Each shipment includes a tracking number to track your package.
We do not actively track orders.
If you have any problems, please contact the carrier directly.

💸 Delivery costs
- from €100 of purchase – discount applied automatically.
- automatically calculated based on the weight of the order.
🚚 Main carriers
We ship mainly with FedEx and Inpost/Mondial Relay (depending on the country).
FedEx may use local carriers (La Poste, Colis Privé and others) for final delivery.
📦 Group Orders – New Option
If you plan to place multiple orders over a few weeks, you can now consolidate them into one shipment !
Works only with FedEx:
- For orders to be shipped later, choose: “Ship my order later”
- For the last shipment, select: “Ship my group orders”
- Total weight up to 5 kg
- If the weight is higher, a supplement will be charged
- One-time fee will be applied, unless the order exceeds €100 → free delivery
❌ Packages not delivered (customer error)
If an order cannot be delivered due to:
- address error, or
- non-collection from a relay point
We can reship your order, provided that :
- The package is returned to us,
- You pay the return shipping costs
⚠️ If the package is lost during return, no refund will be issued.
Delivery
🇫🇷 Delivery in France
- All prices on our website include VAT .
- As Poland is a member of the EU , no import taxes or additional fees will be applied upon arrival.
Available delivery methods:
- Home delivery with FedEx (by FedEx or a local partner, such as La Poste, Colis Privé, depending on the postal code)
- Delivery to relay point (and lockers) with Mondial Relay

🇵🇱 Delivery to Poland
Delivery via Inpost :
- At a relay point/container or at home

🇪🇺 Delivery to other EU countries
- Prices include VAT.
- No customs fees will be applied upon arrival.
