This set includes 5 Mark+ two-tone highlighters from the KOKUYO brand. Each highlighter has two tips of two shades of the same color:

The two tips are conveniently located next to each other, so there's no need to style and re-cap to change color. Simply rotate the highlighter in your hand to change color.
You can even draw with both tips at once to create a double underline.
