Brause Ornament Calligraphy Nib – 1 mm, 2 mm, or 3 mm

The Brause Ornament nib is a calligraphy nib with a round, "palette" tip, specifically designed for creating regular and precise linear strokes. Originally intended for technical drawing, it is now highly valued for calligraphy, lettering, and creative writing projects.

When the entire tip rests on the paper, the Ornament nib produces a line of constant thickness. By lifting or slightly tilting the tip while writing, it is also possible to create variations in thickness and different graphic effects.

Unlike flexible pointed nibs, the Brause Ornament does not produce thick and thin strokes. It is ideal for working on letter shapes, creating titles, capital letters, lettering, or experimenting with different calligraphic compositions.

Available at millenotes in three widths – 1 mm, 2 mm, and 3 mm – it allows you to choose the line thickness best suited to your style and project.
